Our certified yoga instructor will lead you through various poses while goats wander freely between you. New to yoga? No worries! There are no prerequisites (none, zero, zilch!). The moment the goats walk into the room, all your stress will melt away. That's a promise! Bring your camera for photos! We guarantee lots of smiles and belly laughs, goat selfies, warm cuddles, and a relaxing, meditative environment.

Goat Yoga @The Arboretum experiences are 60 minutes and include:

30 minutes of yoga with goats taught by a certified yoga instructor

30 minutes of playtime to pet the goats, take photos and relax with your new fur friends

Guidelines

Must be 10 years and older to participate; no exceptions.

Children ages 10-15 must practice alongside a parent/guardian; each with a paid reservation.

Guest to bring their own yoga mat.

Planning a party for kids ages 10+? You’ll only need 1–2 adult chaperones—not one adult per child like our public classes. It’s a fun, low-stress way to celebrate with plenty of goat cuddles along the way!

Guidelines

Experiences are designed for children ages 10+. Children under 10, please stay home. No exceptions.

No spectators/observers. Anyone in studio at the time of class is a paid participant and included in the headcount.

Chaperones are required to be present and are included in headcount for events with children ages 10-17; 1 chaperone per 10 children, 2 per up to 16+ children.

For the health and safety of both our animals and guests, no food is allowed.
