What is the cost of each class and what does it include?Goat Yoga Experiences - Duration 60 minutes - $39 30 minutes of yoga with goats led by a certified yoga instructors 30 minutes of free time with the goats Puppy Yoga Experience - Duration 60 minutes - $49 30 minutes of yoga with puppies led by a certified yoga instructors 30 minutes of free time with the puppies Portion of each ticket will be donated to one of our Rescue partners; Second City Canine Rescue, Almost Home Foundation or Fetching Tails Foundation Goat Hangout & Hike Experiences - Duration 60 minutes - $29 Guided tour of our Farm and scenic trail with our goat family at your heels (1/4 mile) Treats to feed the animals Snowshoes and poles when weather permits Snowshoe with the Goat Crew Experiences - Duration 60 minutes - $29 Guided tour of our Farm and scenic trail with our goat family at your heels (1/4 mile) Treats to feed the animals Snowshoes and poles

What are your cancelation, refund and reschedule policies?"* For individual reservations, there are no cash refunds. We require a 72 hour notice for class cancellations. Guests will be issued a gift card to use towards a future class with a 72 hour notice of cancellation. Cancellations with less than a 72 hour notice will not receive gift card nor be allowed to reschedule. Guests MAY transfer their reservation to another guest. Please have the guest taking your place check in under your reservation name. **For illness related cancellations**, the cancellation policy remains the same; please see above. At the sole discretion of Goat Yoga Chicago, class may be canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In this circumstance, Goat Yoga Chicago will issue a gift card to use towards a future class. * For private event reservations, we require a 14 day notice of cancellation using the guidelines below. - 14+ days notice: Full refund or credit. - 7+ days notice: Credit only. - 7 days or less notice: Guest forfeits 50% of the funds. - 72 hours or less notice: Guest forfeits 100% of the funds. * Illness related cancellations: Cancellation policy remains the same. Please see above. * At the sole discretion of Goat Yoga Chicago, class may be cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Goat Yoga Chicago will issue a gift certificate for guest to use towards a future event. * If guests do not show to their scheduled class time without notifying Goat Yoga Chicago in advance, the guest forfeits their reservation and a reschedule will NOT be offered. * We are unable to apply discount codes after reservations have been made at full price.

Are you open year-round?Yes, we're open year-round. Our indoor yoga studio at The Arboretum of South Barrington is open year-round for Goat and Puppy Yoga. Outdoor Farm experiences at Reverse the Kerrs Farm in Elgin are held year round as well: - Goat Yoga: Spring through Fall - Goat Hangout & Hikes: Year round - Snowshoe with the Goat Crew: Winter

I'm new to yoga, can I attend?Absolutely! No experience is necessary to participate in class. Many of our guests are beginners. Our instructors will talk through each pose making it a comfortable and judgement free experience.

Can children attend?Yes! Children 10 years and older are welcome to join Goat and Puppy yoga. Children 10-15 years of age must practice alongside a parent/guardian; each to have their own paid reservation. Children 7+ are welcome to attend our Goat Hangout & Hike experience (alongside their parent/guardian; each to have their own paid reservation). Participants under the age of 18 must provide a signed parent/guardian waiver in order to participate. Children under 10, please stay home.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?Yes and No. Please bring your own yoga mat to our indoor yoga studio located at The Arboretum of South Barrington. We ask guests to bring a beach towel if you're attending goat yoga outdoors on the Farm in Elgin.

Do I have to participate in the yoga portion of the class?We would love for you to give the yoga a try, but if you would rather sit down on your mat and snuggle the goats, that is OK too.

What should I wear?Wear comfortable attire, dress in layers, and cover your back. T-shirts are better than tank tops. Avoid any long strings or items hanging from your clothing.

Do you offer private events/classes?Yes, we offer private events and classes. Whether it be corporate team building events, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, large group outings, special recreation, holiday parties, networking, or design your own, we goat you covered! Can I bring a family member or friend to take pictures? Can I just watch?We do not allow spectators. We want everyone to feel comfortable and have an enjoyable experience so all guests must register to attend. Our staff is more than happy to help you take photos.

How many goats are on the farm?We have 18 goats on the farm. Meet our team HERE.

Do you keep all of your goats? What are they used for?Our goats are our pets, they are in their forever home. We have many loving, sweet adult goats on our farm, in addition to our babies.

Will I get pooped on?While it doesn’t happen often, it is possible. However, our classes are fully staffed to make sure any accidents that may occur are taken care of and cleaned up promptly. We take pride in keeping our facilities clean and sanitary so that all of our guests have an enjoyable experience.

Do the goats bite?No, but they are curious animals and will nibble at your hair, clothing, zippers, buttons or anything dangling they can get their mouths on.

Where are the goats during class?Our team of goats wonder freely between guests looking for a back scratch, cuddles, selfies or a warm mat to rest.

Are the goats forced to participate?Our goats love Goat Yoga and being with people. They are not forced to participate. They love treats, belly scratches, and human affection all of which are a big part of the class.
